A REPARATION SPONSOREE is an individual of African descent who has become a member of the Reparation Hub for the purpose of receiving a reparation payment. Here’s how our reparation sponsorship program works for you. Click “post your ad” to begin.
Tell the sponsor a little bit about yourself. A basic profile is free. Featured ads increase the visibility and appeal of your profile for a monthly donation of $2.
Getting sponsored can take anywhere from a month to several years to not getting sponsored at all. If you or your family are chosen for sponsorship you will receive an email notification.
Individuals and families selected for sponsorship must meet certain criteria. Scroll to the bottom of the page for more info.
Your DNA results and a photo of your ID are forwarded to your sponsor for their viewing. This step is necessary to prove to the sponsor that you are who you say you are and you've met the DNA requirement.
You will be required to complete a financial course to learn the ins and outs of money management.
If you've met all of the requirements and everything checks out, the funds will be deposited into your paypal account within 2-6 weeks.
You will have the option to take advantage of opportunities in entrepreneurship that we’ve secured specifically for our sponsorship recipients. Say hello to your financial coach who will be there to help you every step of the way.
You will have the option to express your appreciation by writing a thank you letter to your reparation sponsor. We hope that you will 🙂
A REPARATION SPONSOR is an individual, business or institution that has joined the Reparation Hub for the purpose of sponsoring an individual of African descent via the issuance of a one-time reparation payment. During the sign up process, select whether or not you would like to remain anonymous. We will never reveal your identity without your permission.
Select if you’d like to sponsor an individual or a family. See REPARATION FEE CHART.
Here’s your opportunity to get to know of our fabulous reparation sponsorees. You may browse profile ads by number of family members, income level or country.
Click the sponsoree profile, click “sponsor this individual", and then check your e-mail for further instructions.
If everything checks out on the person you’ve elected to sponsor, their DNA results and photo ID will appear in your account for your viewing.
The funds will be transferred into the sponsoree bank account. You will receive a receipt from Stripe.
Unless you’ve elected to remain anonymous, you will enjoy the benefits of Reparation Hub sponsorship program.
We need you to really comprehend the impact of your reparation contribution and you will therefore receive a progress report on the individual or family that you sponsored roughly 1 year from the sponsorship date.
